Hey, I’m Rachel Elsts Downey.
Strategy plus human connection—that’s why we’re here. I discovered how podcasts are a conduit for human connection when I was in the hospital with my first daughter (but that’s a story for another day). And through that experience plus a serendipitous business proposition, Share Your Genius was born.
Our mission is to grow human connection through podcasting, and each year we continue to grow and expand in new ways to do exactly that. Seven years later, we’re an award-winning podcast production agency, specializing in B2B brand shows. Because every brand has human stories to tell.
